Diversity Hiring and Recruiting Resources

A powerful trend in modern recruiting revolves around diversity recruiting and hiring.     Diversity hiring is always a point that organizations have to consider. However, I believe that companies should always hire the best employee available.

    I agree completely Michelle – and I think that is truly the intent of recruiters who are engaging specifically in diversity recruiting efforts. Those efforts are marked by ensuring exposure of open employment positions to minority/diversity candidates – what happens during the interviewing and hiring process should be quite simple, i.e. – the best candidate will be hired.

    Yes I agree Matt. Minorities should be given every opportunity to succeed when given the chance though.
