    Group Leader (Guest Services/Front Desk) – Full-Time
    Encourage and motivate employees to perform their best, take responsibility for tasks and assignments, make decisions, and provide input on possible improvements. Collaborate with management to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures, and set goals to continuously improve department performance around guest and employee satisfaction scores.     I seek to get appointment in Marriot International in managerial capacity, especially in F&B Manager (Service). I am a degree holder in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with 7 years experience. I like to work in a worldwide, renowned and reputed hotel like Marriot, especially in foreign countries like, U.K. or U.S.A. or Singapore/Malaysia or gulf countries, which will give me abundat exposure to my career and to serve with utmost dedication to the best satisfaction of employer and well as the customers. I have very good communication skill and capable of managing the customers of all levels. I have good experience in operation and training of staff to the desired level. I like to work with punctuality, sincereity and loyal to the organisation.
