Group Leader (Guest Services/Front Desk) – Full-Time
Encourage and motivate employees to perform their best, take responsibility for tasks and assignments, make decisions, and provide input on possible improvements. Collaborate with management to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures, and set goals to continuously improve department performance around guest and employee satisfaction scores. Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job duties. Coordinate tasks and work with other departments. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. I seek to get appointment in Marriot International in managerial capacity, especially in F&B Manager (Service). I am a degree holder in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with 7 years experience. I like to work in a worldwide, renowned and reputed hotel like Marriot, especially in foreign countries like, U.K. or U.S.A. or Singapore/Malaysia or gulf countries, which will give me abundat exposure to my career and to serve with utmost dedication to the best satisfaction of employer and well as the customers. I have very good communication skill and capable of managing the customers of all levels. I have good experience in operation and training of staff to the desired level. I like to work with punctuality, sincereity and loyal to the organisation.
