How to Unclutter Your Job Search
By: Mick, July 16th, 2007
I have recently launched a personal campaign against clutter in all areas of my life. I’m off to a slow start (I can’t find my desk), but I’m confident that I am headed in the right direction. I recently found Unclutterer, which is one of the best sites around for helping to organize your world. There are some cool things in there for work spaces and home offices that I’m looking forward to doing.
When it comes to the job search, though, the amount of information that you must wade through and keep track of can quickly become overwhelming. There are the numerous job search web sites out there and of course the countless professional contacts and extended networks that you need to explore to get an accurate picture of the opportunities that are out there. If you’re about to start the search for a new job, JibberJobber is an excellent tool to organize your job search and, eventually, your career.
In general, everything is easier when you’re organized and free of clutter. The job search is no exception.
